The term “Marks” includes anything we use to identify Pure and our products or services, including our name, logos, icons, and design elements. By using Pure’s Marks, you acknowledge that we own them and that any goodwill generated through their use benefits Pure.
Permission to use our Marks is limited in the following ways:
Only use our Marks in accordance with these brand guidelines.
The permission we grant is non-exclusive, meaning we may grant similar permission to others, and non-transferable, meaning you may not transfer this permission to another party.
We may update these guidelines from time to time. Any changes should be reflected in your use of our Marks within a reasonable period.
We may review your use of our Marks and require changes where necessary.
We may revoke permission to use our Marks at any time. If permission is revoked, you must promptly discontinue their use.
Please ensure that your integration complies with all Pure API and platform policies. If your project uses Pure’s API, platform, or data, you may reference Pure by name, but all references must be precise and accurate and must not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Do not use “Pure” in your app, product, service, or company name in a way that could mislead or confuse users about your relationship with Pure.
